Microsoft have not provided an update yet but some customers are now seeing service being restored. Our inbound and outbound calling tests have been successful.

Calling for Teams is back to normal. Microsoft have advised the following: Our investigation identified that a portion of service infrastructure responsible for PSTN calling was performing below acceptable thresholds. We've redirected traffic to a healthier portion of infrastructure while we continue to identify what caused this to under perform.
