We are receiving reports that some orders placed with PayPal are failing to capture the total amount of the order. The issue appears to only affect some PayPal orders. Other checkout methods are working as expected. Our team is currently investigating this issue and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We are still investigating this issue, but to avoid issues with orders going forward, perform the following: 1. Navigate to Settings > Payments > More Payment Types 2. Open the Alternative Settings under the PayPal settings 3. Under PayPal Payment Capture Settings > change from Automatic Authorize And Capture to Automatic Authorize, Manual Capture. Please note that once this change is made, refunds to orders captured automatically can't be refunded in the Volusion admin dashboard. Make sure all orders are dealt with before making this change. If you need to, you can refund the order in PayPal and use an offline payment record to zero out the order in the Volusion Dashboard. We'll continue to post updates here as they become available.
