There was a large AWS outage earlier this morning. Most Virtru services remained active during the outage, but we did notice slightly higher error rates across some services, such as searching users in the Control Center. AWS has deployed patches and seems to be coming back online. We continue to closely monitor the situation. If you experienced issues with Virtru earlier today, please try again. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Virtru Customer Support.
