At around 2:10pm ET, we started seeing an increase in bounces for automated emails (verification emails, activation emails, Secure Share emails). These seem to be tied to an active Microsoft incident (https://status.cloud.microsoft/). Virtru is fully up and available, but Microsoft users and recipients might have issues tied to the incident. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates here.
