We are aware that a small number of venues have reported a network receipt or kitchen printer no longer printing after the Lightspeed Restaurant iOS POS app updated to version 3.16.0. What we know so far - It affects certain older Epson network printers. Other printers at the same venue continue to print normally. - Taking orders and processing payments are not affected, and no sales data is lost. - We have confirmed a way to restore printing at affected venues without any changes to your printer setup. What we are doing We are contacting venues we believe may be affected. Support can restore printing for any venue experiencing this, and our engineering team is investigating the underlying cause. If a printer at your venue has stopped printing Please contact Support with your venue details and which printer is affected. We would ask you to get in touch rather than removing or re-adding the printer in your settings, as that can make it harder for us to restore. You can check your app version in the iPad's Settings, under Restaurant.
