The issue has been resolved. Reporting for October 1 is now complete and up to date. Backoffice reports and the FinancialAPI v1 and v2 now show all October 1 sales and any delayed scheduled report emails have been delivered. October 1 report totals can be used for reconciliation as normal. If you still see a difference, please contact Support with the report name, location and date.
