    Due to an unexpected cloud provider issue, we preemptively entered read-only mode at 22:09 SAST, progressing to post-only at 22:10, and resumed normal operations at 22:14. We're monitoring the situation, but don't foresee any further issues. Should further issues present, we will go to read-only mode again, and then to post-only.
