Agora 社の RTC サービスにて下記事象が発生しておりました。 2026/03/09 20:00 ~ 2026/03/09 21:15 ・Channel Management RESTful API がエラーを返す (499 または 5xx レスポンスが発生) ・RTC NCS サービスから、イベント通知の一部が届かない サービスの負荷上昇に伴うオートスケーリング中に異常が発生していました。 処置を実施し、現在は安定状態に戻っています。
