Trademark Application E-Signature Issues for Some Customers
Resolved after 1 day, on April 28, 2025.
Customers who are submitting new applications in Trademark Center with both of the following characteristics may experience an issue where the E-signature link does not work for recipients: The owner entity was entered manually and not selected from a dropdown The mark drawing type requires an uploaded file We are working to restore service as quickly as possible, and hope to resolve this issue today. If you need to submit an application immediately, please use the signed declaration option and upload a declaration with a handwritten signature or signed with document signing software .
