   The USPTO is currently experiencing a partial outgoing email service interruption. Agency email may be delayed or not delivered at all to email addresses with the following Microsoft-hosted email domains: Outlook.com Hotmail.com MSN.com Live.com We are working to restore service as quickly as possible. At this time, we don’t know when services will be fully restored but additional information will be posted as soon as it’s available. Alternatives for Patent Customers : For more information about filing documents during an outage, please visit the Outage Page . If you have questions, please contact the Patent Electronic Business Center (EBC) at 1-866-217-9197, Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. - midnight ET, or email [email protected] . Alternatives for Trademark Customers : If your deadline is today and this technical issue is preventing you from filing your documents using TEAS or TEASi, you should fax your documents to the Petitions Office using the fax cover sheet at 571-273-8950.
