We have completed our investigation into the recent degradation and identified the root cause as DNS related. During this time, some systems temporarily used upstream DNS resolvers provided by our infrastructure provider, which experienced issues over the weekend. This led to intermittent failures and some false positive alerts. As a mitigation, we have updated our systems to ensure our configured DNS resolvers are consistently enforced and not impacted by upstream configuration changes. We have not observed any further issues and consider this fully resolved.
