Delays in Book Delivery Services and Book Drop retrievals: Due to the ongoing unavailability of the Library van, please note the following: The option to request items to be collected from the Minster Library and External Store has been paused The option to request items to be delivered to the Ron Cooke Hub Booklocker has been paused There will be delays in the deliveries of paper requests - please contact us if you have an urgent request and we can discuss the best way of getting your request to you There will be delays in delivering any outstanding Booklocker requests - we are working on providing alternative delivery options and will update as soon as we can There will be delays in retrieving returned items from the Ron Cooke Hub Book Drop and items may remain on your account for longer than anticipated - if you have any concerns about any outstanding items on your account, please get in touch

Delays in Booklocker and Paper Delivery services: Due to the unavailability of our van to carry out deliveries, we are unfortunately experiencing delays in the deliveries of requests to the Ron Cooke Hub Booklocker and paper across campus. We currently do not have a timescale of when the issue will be resolved and will provide updates here. If you have any concerns about accessing resources or have urgent paper requests, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss how we can help in the meantime.
