  1. investigating Jun 02, 2025, 04:16 PM UTC

We have received reports that our ticketing portal, TDX, is currently experiencing slowness and connectivity problems. It appears to be a vendor-side issue and is currently being investigated by their technicians. We will be making updates as more information is made available. The status as it is reported by the vendor can be seen here (requires external login): https://tdx.statuspage.io/incidents/yjjd8zgbpf0m Campus service desks can still be reached by phone, email, and chat if applicable! Thank you for your patience during the resolution of this issue!

  2. monitoring Jun 02, 2025, 05:14 PM UTC

From the TDX Status Page: "TeamDynamix experienced performance issues today following the release of some important new capabilities over the weekend. Due to a technical concern, we have decided to roll back the new version of the service for the US-based customers who received it this weekend. *This rollback only impacts the group of US-based customers that went live on the new UX in this specific wave.* We successfully rolled out the new UX to 30% of customers prior to this weekend, and these performance issues were not previously seen. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will be in close contact on next steps." The status as it is reported by the vendor can be seen here (requires external login): https://tdx.statuspage.io/incidents/yjjd8zgbpf0m

  3. monitoring Jun 02, 2025, 07:20 PM UTC

From the TDX Status Page: "The Sandbox environments of the new version has been rolled back. At this point both Production and Sandbox have been rolled back for this group of environments. *This rollback only impacts the group of US-based customers that went live on the new UX last weekend.* Performance has been restored. We are still investigating the root cause and will provide updates as we have them." 5. resolved Jun 03, 2025, 06:03 PM UTC

There have been no new updates from the vendor; our TDX instance is operational and stable after the rollbacks performed by their technicians. We expect to be updated to the newest version of TDX as the vendor resolves any compatibility issues, but are opting to end our reporting on their service degradation at this time. 6. postmortem Jul 02, 2025, 06:58 PM UTC

This outage was caused by vendor-side server issues following the deployment of a scheduled upgrade. The vendor rolled back the upgrade and successfully restored service. The outage lasted approximately an hour; the Nanook Technology Services Service Desk maintained an investigatory reporting status while we waited for word from the vendor.
