We have received reports that our ticketing client, TDX, is currently experiencing issues. This appears to be a vendor-side issue, and the UAA ESM team is establishing communications with them at this time. Technicians may intermittently experience issues accessing tickets, and the customer-facing site is largely unaffected. We will provide updates over the weekend if new information becomes available, and again at opening Monday. Thank you for your patience during the resolution of this issue!

No updates have been provided from the vendor over the weekend, but as of Monday 6/9, TDX performance appears to have returned to normal. The service owners at UAA will be monitoring communication channels with the vendor for an RCA. Thank you again for your patience during the resolution of this issue!

This outage occurred due to infrastructure maintenance performed by the vendor. This maintenance was completed outside of our scheduled window as they did not expect for there to be any disturbance. The maintenance was completed successfully, and the outage itself lasted approximately 15 minutes; the Nanook Technology Services Service Desk maintained an investigatory reporting status while we waited for word from the vendor.
