We are currently experiencing an incident affecting login and authentication across several Uniqkey services: - Logging in to the Uniqkey mobile app is failing - Logging in to the partner portal is failing - Phoneless verification and trusted browser flows in the browser extension are failing, including retrieving password details Users who are already logged in may be able to continue working, but new logins and verifications are affected. The issue is caused by a fault at our cloud infrastructure provider during maintenance on a caching component. We have escalated to the provider as a critical incident and are working with them to restore full service. Your data is safe. This incident affects the availability of login and verification operations only - vault data and encryption are not impacted. Next update within 60 minutes.
