Incident: [Resolved] : US: Potential authentication issues due to OIS provisioning

   Incident details: We have been impacted by a scale out issue by Microsoft to the US OIS service. Due to this issue we must provision new OIS resources and this will see an outage window of approximate 30 minutes. During this action customers might experience smart client or devices cannot authenticate. It is also possible uniFLOW Server Hybrid customers maybe need to reestablish the synchronization with uniFLOW Online. We apologize for inconvenience and are working with high priority to restore servers before the US business day load starts.
