    We have a number of Comcast customers down, we are reaching out to Comcast support to see if there is any ETA.

    There are between 500 to 2000 customers affected, the cause is "Network Damage" which we would understand to be physical damage to some lines or equipment. We are seeing more customers coming online but those that do are often having speed issues. We will pass on any more info as we receive it.

    We had an outage of UTS Operator that appeared to affect customers on Comcast and is associated with a Fiber Optic cut on State Road 520. It seems to be a situation referred to as a net split, where Comcast is unable to communicate with the data center that supports our phone system; however, it appears to be discovering alternative routes. We are observing indications of recovery and are actively monitoring the situation.
