    We had an outage of UTS Operator that appeared to affect customers on Comcast and is associated with a Fiber Optic cut on State Road 520. It seems to be a situation referred to as a net split, where Comcast is unable to communicate with the data center that supports our phone system; however, it appears to be discovering alternative routes. We are observing indications of recovery and are actively monitoring the situation.

    It appears that everything is returning to normal, if you have a phone that is still not working you may find rebooting it fixes the issue. If not feel free to reach out to us.
