Resolved on June 22, 2024, affecting Umso API and Umso App.
On Sat June 22nd visitors to our app will have experienced intermittend issues with accessing and editing their websites on app.umso.com. Published live websites were not impacted by this incident. The issue had been caused by our autocaling system launching a new API server due to high load. The newly launched server was not configured correctly and would only function for certain requests. Visitors who would be connected to the problematic server experienced sites not loading correctly in the editor and were unable to edit their websites. The issue has been resolved by removing the faulty server. We are now making improvements to our system to prevent this issue from occuring again.
