We’ve run into some issues. Turnitin Originality, Similarity, SimCheck and iThenticate 2.0 are currently experiencing an unexpected service incident. During this time, you may encounter an error when attempting to generate the AI report, as well as intermittent errors when trying to access both the Similarity and AI reports through an integration. We’ve fixed it! Due to an unexpected service incident, you may have encountered an error when attempting to generate the AI report in Turnitin Originality, Similarity, SimCheck and iThenticate 2.0, as well as intermittent errors when accessing Similarity and AI reports via an integration.
