Due to an unexpected service incident, users may have encountered slowness when trying to upload submissions, as well as delayed Similarity Report generation in Turnitin, Turnitin UK, iThenticate (V1 and V2), Crossref Similarity Check, Turnitin Similarity, Originality, and SimCheck. Users accessing these services via an integration may also have been affected. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.
