On October 21, 2026, from 6:17 AM to 7:05 AM EDT, some customers saw errors or slow responses when they submitted test results in TrustCloud. High database load and a large number of incoming API operations caused some requests to fail with a temporary error. The service recovered fully by 7:05 AM EDT, and we are improving how our system handles high volumes of test results to prevent this from happening again.
