Nedscaper had to rebuild a lapsed ISO 27001 implementation from scratch while simultaneously preparing for ISO 9001, with only 12 weeks available and a summer holiday period in between. Using Tidal alongside consulting partner Fendix, they achieved both certifications within that window. The audit was rigorous, requiring all physical controls to be included in the ISO 27001 scope. Nedscaper also replaced a single-person compliance dependency with a decentralised management system they describe as a foundation for future certifications.
