We are investigating an issue impacting Privileged Behavior Analytics (PBA) using Single Sign On. Once the user logs in, the page redirects to Secret Server Cloud (SSC) instance. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please contact our support team at https://support.delinea.com

  2. postmortem Jul 31, 2025, 09:16 PM UTC

    ### Incident Overview A subset of customers were unable to access Privileged Behavior Analytics \(PBA\) that are configured with Secret Server Cloud’s \(SSC\) Single Sign-On \(SSO\). After a successful login, users were redirected to their SSC instance but encountered one of the following errors: * _PbaAuth/Index-System.InvalidOperationException: No route in the route table matches the supplied values_ * _An unexpected error has occurred. Information relevant to this request has been logged and is available to your administrator in the system log._ ### Root Cause As part of a recent user interface update, a legacy component that had been retired was mistakenly still referenced in the authentication flow. When users attempted to log in, the system redirected them to a page that depended on this outdated component, which no longer existed. This caused the page to fail rendering and produced application errors. The issue was resolved by removing the invalid reference from the routing configuration. ### Preventive Actions * Additional test cases are being introduced to validate authentication flows and route resolution in staging and lower environments. We apologize for the inconvenience this incident caused and appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve the reliability of our systems.
