Starting at 08:15 UTC several 3rd party providers such as Slack, Pagerduty, and AWS have reported issues and delays in functionality. Our engineering team is monitoring the issue and working on mitigations. At this time, all ThousandEyes functionality is behaving normally. Certain external functionality may be degraded, including: - Ability to create or update Cloud Insights integrations for AWS - Delayed or missing alerts via Slack, Pagerduty, or other integrations Our engineering team will continue to assess impact and provide updates.

Third party service providers are reporting their services are recovering, and we are seeing them recover too. The WAN Insights data pipeline has recovered and is operational again. Cloud Insights integrations with AWS can be created and updated as normal now. Our engineering team will continue to monitor and provide updates.

Our monitoring has identified an elevated rate of errors in the AWS us-east-1 region. There is no known impact to ThousandEyes customers at this time. Our engineering team will continue to monitor and provide updates.
