We are currently aware of an issue affecting report sync between MarianaTek and PowerBI. Please expect that data from 6/26 will not be accurately reflected in reports during this time.

The issues of livestream auto-check in not working and livestream emails not sending have been resolved. For the remaining issues, MarianaTek is required to undergo a last minute maintenance window this evening, Thursday June 27th from 10pm - 12am ET. During this window, we will be making a *minor* necessary upgrade to our infrastructure. Please note that Mariana Tek's admin, frontend pages, and all apps will be inaccessible during this time. We understand this timing is not ideal for all locations, but was the best mutual time for all brands that are impacted.

MarianaTek support teams have been able to narrowed tonight's maintenance window to 10:30pm - 12am ET to assist with West Coast class start times. These studios will now be able to fully check those class times prior to the window start time.

Last nights maintenance window was postponed - This was necessary as some tasks needed for the maintenance to take place were not completed in time. Resolving this issue remains the number one priority - As soon as we know the timing for the updated window and fixes, those details will be communicated on this status alert.

MarianaTek engineering team has identified the root cause of this issue and now all membership dues are up to date. Should you notice this is not the case, please send in a support ticket directly to MarianaTek.

MarianaTek has re-scheduled this maintenance window for July 2 10:30p- 12:30a EST. We expect the system latency issues in admin to be resolved once the window is complete - All other issues such as livestream emails, holds not releasing, class roster not refreshing and membership dues payments to be resolved.
