Microsoft Azure is working on releasing a fix for the outage. At this time we are seeing intermittent service in some regions of the country, but still consider this to be a widespread outage.

At 12:00PM EST, Microsoft Azure, our hosting provider, reported an outage that has directly impacted Tenant Turner services. As of 4:30 PMEST, Azure’s latest status update reads: “At this stage, we anticipate full mitigation within the next four hours as we continue to recover nodes. This means we expect recovery to happen by 7:20 PM EST on October 29, 2025. We will provide another update on our progress within two hours, or sooner if warranted.” We understand how critical Tenant Turner is to your leasing operations. Our team will continue monitoring the situation this evening and will send another update when services are restored.
