The Tele2/Sweden issues now seem to be resolved. According to our logs, the issue started at 11:14 CEST and was resolved at 11:40 CEST. There was connection issues on their platform. All queued messages have now been delivered to Tele2, and traffic looks to be back to normal. We will continue to monitor this issue.
