We are investigating an issue affecting the ReadyRosie Admin Dashboard following the 2026–27 school-year rollover. Some customers may be unable to load the Admin Dashboard. Customers who can access it may see incomplete or inaccurate current school-year information, including reporting metrics. To protect data integrity while we restore service, school-year updates are temporarily unavailable. We expect to resolve this issue by the end of the week and will provide updates as progress continues.
