Due to the upcoming critical PHP security release, we have preemptively implemented additional security measures for PHP file uploads against our hosting servers. This means that if your website has a form that supports file attachments/uploads, you may encounter issues with it. We do apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you and your clients. Ensuring the security and stability of our hosting servers remains our number one priority. Once we have received a patch from the PHP team, we will remove the additional security measures and update this status.

This will include Change of Registrant forms where documentation is requested, and attachments on support requests. We are applying a critical patch to our VPS nodes now, this is to ensure the security and stability of our VPS products. We believe that VPS services on these nodes should be impacted for <15 minutes at this stage. We will update this status once the maintenance is completed.

We've identified an issue where cPanel's upstream servers are currently experiencing license registration issues. This is incorrectly flagging our servers as unlicensed. Our team is actively working directly with cPanel Support to resolve the connectivity issue and restore normal WHM access as quickly as possible.

We have been alerted to 3 critical cPanel vulnerabilities that could allow a malicious user to gain elevated privileges to our hosting infrastructure: CVE-2026-29201 CVE-2026-29202 CVE-2026-29203 We have currently locked down cPanel/WHM/FTP/SFTP/SSH/Webdisk access. We expect cPanel to provide a patch for these vulnerabilities over the next 24 hours. Once we have more information and the restrictions have been lifted, we will update this status. If you need any assistance with making modifications to your services, please reach out to our support team via a support request with the requested changes.

We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience. We apologise for the extremem measures we took, however without further knowledge on how severe the exploits were, and with other exploits recently discovered that were quite critical, we chose to take the extreme method for the safety of our customers and their data. cPanel have released patches for the 3 CVEs and we have successfully applied them to the fleet. If you have a SMVPS, we highly recommend you update your cPanel installations immediately, as we have removed out firewall blocks to restore service to our fleet.
