We have had reports of orders that are using a Parcelforce service getting an error on despatch and not processing. The error is along the lines of "the system cannot connect to the remote server" At this time, we can confirm that it looks like the issue is Parcelforce's end and we are in communication with them. We will update this page as soon as we have more information.

Everything from our records show that ParcelForce labels are now being created succesfully and their status page shows no issues. We are closing this incident down but will continue to keep an eye on it.
