We have discovered that for some customers, orders may not be marking as despatched or shipped on channel when they have been despatched on StoreFeeder. We are investigating the issue and will keep this page up to date as we know more.

The issue was identified and a small change made. Orders despatched from this point forward will update as despatched / shipped on WooCommerce
