We have discovered that eBay orders may not be importing into the system. We are looking at this as a matter of priority and will update this page when we have more information.

The issue was identified. It appears that eBay changed an endpoint on the API with no prior notice. We have put in a fix to get around this change and contacted eBay for an urgent update. Orders appear to now be importing. We will continue to monitor the situation.

We have been informed by eBay that the issue is now resolved their end, so the temporary fix we installed has been reverted.
