StoreFeeder Outage History

We are aware of an ongoing that some users are experiencing when despatching orders with a Royal Mail shipping service. We are looking at this as a matter of urgency with Royal Mail. We will provide updates via this page. There is no need to contact us about this.

We are aware of an issue since the V4.12.0 update to the StoreFeeder App that is failing on the location validation in the picking process. We are investigating this now. In the meantime, we suggest people avoid setting pickwaves with to the following validation types: *Location and Single Product *Location and Product Quantity All other validation types are working as expected, This is also affecting the scanning of Totes when pickwaves are set to consolidated picking type. This can be overidden by putting a manual note in the input box and this will let you proceed.

We have been made aware that some customers are experiencing issues with their Amazon connections. We are investigating as a top priority and will update this page with any updates as we find them There is no need to contact us again if you are affected.

Dear StoreFeeder Users, We’re currently aware of an issue preventing some users from logging in to StoreFeeder. This appears to be caused by CloudFlare outside of StoreFeeder, but it is affecting login access for certain accounts. Our team is actively investigating and monitoring the situation through our external channels. If you are already logged in, please continue to use StoreFeeder as normal — however, we recommend that you do not log out until the issue is resolved. We’re aware of a major Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage currently affecting a range of online services, including couriers, marketplaces, and webstores. (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/c5y8k7k6v1rt?app-referrer=push-notification) Please note that StoreFeeder itself is not directly affected, but because we connect to external systems which could be, you may experience issues including, but not limited to: - Shipping labels not being generated - Updates to sales channels failing - Error messages appearing when communicating with couriers or marketplaces - Connections to accounting platforms (Xero etc) These issues are beyond our control and depend on when each affected service restores normal operation.
