Delays receiving faxes on new numbers/accounts only

   **Update** This issue has been resolved and all delayed faxes have been sent to the appropriate accounts. All inbound systems are now functioning normally. **Update Jan 16 3:15pm Pacific Issue discovered to be a delay in synching new numbers with the database which leads to the system being unable to find recipient accounts. Synch will be completed about 9pm and then faxes received during the delay will begin to be added to accounts. The investigation has discovered this has affected approximately 100 numbers - as previously mentioned new sign ups and numbers that completed porting in today. ***** There is an issue for any fax numbers activated today (Jan 16) in not receiving faxes. This has been escalated with most urgency and is currently being worked on. This includes accounts created today and numbers that completed porting in today. Sent faxes are not affected. Accounts that were created before today are not affected. Faxes are not lost, there is a delay in moving received faxes onto the accounts with numbers activated today. Thank you for your patience.
