A system discrepancy in processing annual renewal fees on October 1st resulted in incorrect billing amounts for a some accounts. Once corrections have been applied, refunds will be issued where applicable. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Calculations for pending credits and refunds have been calculated. Adjustments are currently moving through required approval stages and will be applied as soon as corporate review is finalized.
