UPDATE: The backlog has been cleared and faxes are now being processed normally. **** UPDATE 3/04 13:32 Pacific: We are seeing a steady decrease in processing queues and significant improvements in delivery times for notification emails and account posting. Our teams continue to monitor the system closely to ensure full stability. We will provide a final update once the backlog is completely cleared. *** We are currently experiencing a slow down in processing faxes after transmission has been completed. This will result in delays in getting notification emails and having faxes placed on accounts. There is no loss of data as all faxes, both sending and receiving, are being transmitted in a timely manner. Teams are actively working on this and we will update this status as soon as possible.
