We're investigating an issue with our email delivery provider that is delaying emails sent from SproutVideo. This includes password reset emails, team member invitations, video-ready notifications, and receipts. Video uploads, playback, and the rest of the platform are not affected. We're working with our provider to restore delivery and will post an update here as soon as we have one.
