We’re currently unable to send SMS messages due to an issue with our SMS provider. This affects OTP codes for password resets sent by SMS and app download links sent by SMS. All other Spencer functionality is working as expected. What you can do: if your email address is registered in your Spencer account, you can reset your password by email instead of SMS. App download links can also be requested by email. We're working with our SMS provider to restore SMS delivery as soon as possible.
