We are aware of recent payment failures for UK and Ireland clients using Opayo and Streamline as their gateway and acquirer. These issues began around 7:30 PM UTC and have since returned to normal as of 8:15 PM UTC. You may see higher rates of card payment issues through your website or Sales interface that occurred during that timeframe. Any clients in North America, Australia, or New Zealand, or any UK and Ireland clients not using Opayo and Streamline are unaffected. We are continuing to monitor the issue and verify that card payments are still processing as expected.
