    There is currently an issue with a higher level of 3D secure-related errors specifically for Mastercard users for clients using the Opayo payment gateway (UK/IE only). Spektrix Payments users and all Visa and American Express cards are unaffected at this time. There is an Opayo/Elavon status page with more information here: https://status.elavon.eu/components/62b9a81ca877244a553a0668 We will continue to update here as we receive more information from Opayo. We are in direct communication with them as they work to resolve this issue.

    Mastercard are continuing their investigation into the issue with increased 3D secure-related errors for Mastercard users for clients using the Opayo payment gateway (UK/IE only). We will continue to update here as we receive further information on the issue.

    Mastercard have a fix in place to resolve the issue, and all 3D secure errors for Mastercard users should be resolved for clients using the Opayo gateway (UK/IE only).
