Root cause: A software defect caused the worker communication service in the EU region to crash and restart repeatedly. Impacted customers: Customers whose workers use the poll-based communication mode. Runs on those workers were stuck when the run was triggered manually by a user and the stack had a server-side initialization policy attached. Other polling workers may have been briefly delayed while the service restarted.
