We have isolated the root cause of an issue affecting a subset of card transactions. In some cases, a transaction may be processed more than once. A fix is actively being deployed. Any affected transactions will be automatically reversed. No action is required.

The number of affected transactions has been significantly reduced. A small number of isolated cases remain under active investigation. We will reach out individually to each affected account.

The issue causing a subset of card transactions to be processed more than once has been resolved. The fix is deployed and the service is operating normally. All affected customers will be automatically refunded. Each affected merchant will receive a detailed list of impacted orders. We are implementing additional safeguards to prevent recurrence
