On July 4th, we were facing unexpected problems with the system stability. After investigating the problems, the root cause was identified to be connected to a security indicated update of our servers. Unfortunately, investigating the problem and identifying the root cause took almost two hours, during which the system was mostly unstable or unavailable. No data loss or exposure occurred.
