Resolved after 14 hours 12 minutes, affecting Intelligent Integration Platform, on February 23, 2024.
There was an issue with multiple sldb servers going down causing platform latency which caused login failures to the platform as well as API requests timed out. The servers started back up and Snaplogic is investigating the root cause. Will provide an RCA soon.
