Waiver processing has been fully restored and is now operating normally. We identified and resolved the underlying issue that was causing processing delays. We are investigating the speed of waivers processing for all customers and increasing the queue size so that waivers will process as quickly as possible.

We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover. Processing time has improved significantly to < 2 minutes. We're exploring the best permanent solution to prevent this from occurring in the future.

Waivers are now processing in real time. We identified a segment of waivers that were failing to process, thus holding up the queue. We're working to remediate this from happening in the future. Thank you for patience as we worked to resolve this issue!

The slow SMS and email verification resend issues have been resolved with last night's server deployment. We identified an error in the code, causing these functions to hang in the system and return a blank error pop-up. The fix is live and tested to be successful.
