Update timeline

  1. investigating Aug 15, 2025, 06:21 PM UTC

We are currently investigating intermittent authentication errors. In some cases, newly issued access tokens may be rejected immediately after creation. Retrying the request shortly after should succeed.

  2. monitoring Aug 16, 2025, 01:44 AM UTC

The recent authentication errors were caused by data optimizations deployed yesterday as part of our ongoing efforts to improve platform performance. To mitigate the impact, we implemented several fixes, including temporary safeguards and additional changes to further stabilize the platform. Since releasing today’s fixes, we’ve seen a significant drop in error rates, and they continue to decline. We’ll continue to monitor closely throughout the weekend, and next week we plan to roll out a more permanent solution to ensure long-term stability.

  3. monitoring Aug 19, 2025, 08:59 PM UTC

We’ve resolved the issue causing authentication errors for valid tokens. Requests should now authenticate successfully. Some API requests may still see higher than normal latency. We’re continuing to work on a permanent fix to bring performance fully back to normal.

  4. resolved Sep 09, 2025, 05:44 PM UTC

The issue has been resolved. All systems are now operating normally. If you continue to experience any issues, please reach out to our Support team at [email protected]. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
