COP withdrawals to Bre-B keys are processing normally again. The outage on the Bre-B network in Colombia affected withdrawals made between approximately 3:30 AM and 11:45 AM Colombia time (08:30 to 16:45 UTC). Any withdrawal that didn't go through during that time was returned in full to your Morse balance, and you can send it again at any time. Thank you for your patience while we worked through this.

Since approximately 3:00 PM Colombia time (20:00 UTC), withdrawals in Colombian pesos (COP) are not completing and are showing as pending. We've identified the cause as an issue with one of our local partners and are working with them to restore service.

Withdrawals made between approximately 1:45 PM and 3:40 PM Colombia time (18:45 to 20:40 UTC) are still pending and are being worked through now.
