We've identified the issue delaying MXN deposits sent by SPEI to Morse CLABE accounts. We're working with our local payment partner to process pending deposits and get deposit times back to normal as soon as possible.

Our partner issuing Brazilian Account Details has paused inbound deposits of BRL due to market conditions. Deposits may remain pending during this time, for at least 24h from 10pm UTC on October 25, 2026. We appreciate your patience and will share any information as it becomes available.

COP withdrawals to Bre-B keys are processing normally again. The outage on the Bre-B network in Colombia affected withdrawals made between approximately 3:30 AM and 11:45 AM Colombia time (08:30 to 16:45 UTC). Since approximately 3:00 PM Colombia time (20:00 UTC), withdrawals in Colombian pesos (COP) are not completing and are showing as pending. We've identified the cause as an issue with one of our local partners and are working with them to restore service.

New COP withdrawals to Bre-B keys are now being processed normally. Withdrawals made between approximately 1:45 PM and 3:40 PM Colombia time (18:45 to 20:40 UTC) are still pending and are being worked through now. We're monitoring closely and will post another update once all pending withdrawals have been completed.
