Facebook report that the issue has been fixed on their side, and they are rolling the fix out to all client tiers. Our tests indicate the issue is resolved and 1:many advertisers should be able to create posts. We are currently experiencing a partial outage with the Creation Flow process. This does not affect any existing ads or campaigns, but new ad creation may fail. We are working to resolve the issue, and will provide regular status updates until resolved.
